Best Black Friday Dell and Alienware deals: Aurora gaming PCs, monitors, and gaming laptops

You can always guarantee Dell will be up there with some of the best Black Friday deals whenever the sales season rolls around. If you're after a great new gaming PC, an affordable laptop, or a high refresh rate monitor, then Dell and/or its Alienware gaming sub-brand will have you covered.

And while the sci-fi Alienware aesthetic may be a little too edgy for some, the tech underneath is nothing to be sniffed at. Besides, there are plenty of Dell deals out there right now that aren't plastered with our little grey tech friend, but are just as advanced and ready to game on. Dell Gaming machines can be just as powerful.

Sure, basic Dell brand monitors won't give you refresh rates of over 200Hz like some Alienware ones will, but I'd be lying if I said they weren't still good for gaming. And the Dell range doesn't stop with an expansive list of gaming monitors. There are some great deals all over.

We're even seeing many of Dell's Alienware gaming PCs popping up with money off, and with some very impressive specs, but they've not been hanging around at those prices—not least the gaming laptops. In a world where GPUs are very hard to come by, buying a prebuilt PC is one of the best ways to get hold of current-gen graphics cards.

It's worth noting that Dell's deals are changing many times each day, so while we will be keeping this page regularly updated with the best Black Friday Dell and Alienware deals, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's Black Friday deals pages themselves, too.

Where are the best Dell and Alienware Black Friday deals?

Dell Black Friday gaming PC deals

Alienware Aurora R12 | Core i7 11700F | RTX 3060 Ti | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD| $1,999.99 $1,371.99 at Dell (save $628)
The classic Aurora design may have been retired recently, but there are still some great deals to be had on the older style. And they’re still wrapped around the latest Nvidia graphics cards, which are mighty hard to find on their own. This system delivers an RTX 3060 Ti, and backs it up with plenty of RAM and NVMe SSD memory.

Dell XPS Desktop Special Edition | Intel Core i7 11700 | Nvidia RTX 3060 Ti | 32GB | 1TB SSD | $2,099.99 $1,469.99 at Dell (save $630)
It’s not often you find an RTX 3060 Ti in a system these days, and that’s a shame because it’s one of our favourite graphics cards this generation. This PC is surprisingly a good deal, too. It has a great GPU, CPU, and comes with a generous 32GB of RAM and 1TB of speedy SSD storage. It doesn’t look particularly ‘gamer’, but we can live with that.

Dell XPS Desktop | Intel Core i5 11700 | Nvidia RTX 3060 | 32GB RAM | 512GB SSD | $1,799.99 $1,322.99 at Dell (save $477)
The understated styling of the XPS will appeal if you’re not interested in lighting up your room while playing games maxed out at 1080p and pushing 1440p at high refresh. This system has plenty of surprises, too. The 32GB of RAM and great 11th Gen Core i7 processor make it a serious all-rounder for gaming and more.

Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition R10 | AMD Ryzen 7 5800 | Nvidia RTX 3060  | 16GB DDR4  | 512GB SSD | $1,709.99 $1,322.99 at Dell (save $387)
Here we have the Ryzen edition Aurora R10, and while it isn’t the absolute tip-top of gaming hardware, it’s still a very capable machine. With an Nvidia RTX 3060 and Ryzen 7 5800 combo, you can expect to run plenty of games at the highest settings on a 1080p monitor quite happily.

Dell Black Friday Office PC deals

Dell OptiPlex 3080 Micro | Intel Core i5 10500T | $1,112.86 $669 at Dell (save $443.86)
A nippy last generation CPU here for not a whole load of money, and it comes in a super compact form-factor. Dell has also jammed in a decent amount of RAM for productivity, and although there’s a little less storage capacity with 128GB, at least it’s an NVMe SSD: lighter and faster than a PC with an HDD would have been.

Dell Black Friday gaming monitor deals

Alienware AW3821DW | 38-inch | 1600p | IPS | $1,949.99 $1,099.99 at Dell (save $850)
From the ‘go big or go home’ school of monitor design, this curved monster is for anyone that wants to hit that truly immersive gaming experience. At 3840×1600 it has the same horizontal resolution as a 4K panel, but it isn’t quite as tall—it’ll still punish your graphics card though. The 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms response times, and VESA DisplayHDR 600 round out an impressive overall package.

Dell S3422DWG | 34-inch | Ultrawide | VA | $679.99 $449.99 at Dell (save $230)
Ultrawides are excellent, and for gaming they may well be a smarter upgrade if you’re worrying about dropping lots of cash on high-refresh 4K and a capable graphics card. This Dell screen came out this year, not all that long ago even, and has solid reviews across the web. Definitely one to look at if you want to get into the world of ultrawide gaming.

Alienware 55-inch OLED AW5520QF | 55-inch | 4K | OLED | 120Hz | $4,049.99 $2,499.99 at Dell (save $1,550)
Alienware’s take on the monster gaming monitor, the 55-inch OLED, marries the best panel technology with a 4K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Though it is worth pointing out you’ll only get 120Hz on the DisplayPort connection as the HDMI ports are still 2.0 versions. Honestly, you’re probably better off grabbing a modern OLED TV for less.

Dell S3222DGM | 32-inch | 1440p | VA | $529.99 $329.99 at Dell (save $200)
Coming in with a massive saving, this QHD, curved Dell gaming monitor boasts AMD FreeSync, as well as 2ms grey-to-grey response and a very tasty 165Hz refresh rate. At $200 off RRP, its a bit of a steal.

Dell S2722DGM | 27-inch | 1440p | VA | $439.99 $269.99 at Dell (save $170)
With the VA panel this impressively priced 1440p screen will deliver great contrast over a competing IPS monitor, and is able to offer a higher refresh rate than most too, at 165Hz. This is a great display for the money, matching the 27-inch panel with a 1440p resolution for perhaps the optimal pixel pitch for super sharp visuals.

Alienware AW2721D | 27-inch | 1440p | IPS | $1,109.99 $799.99 at Dell (save $310)
This Alienware monitor hits that 1440p sweet spot at an impressive 240Hz refresh rate and a 1ms (GtG) response time. This thing is fast. And at 450 cd/m2 it’s pretty bright too. This would normally set you back $1,110, but right now you can pick it up for a penny under $800. That’s a quality saving on a quality screen.

Alienware AW2720HF | 27-inch | 1080p | IPS | 240Hz | $400 $299 at Gamestop (save $101)
If the pricetag of the 1440p version of this screen is too rich for your blood, then the 1080p option will still deliver  the same 240Hz refresh rate, and the same screen size, but in a far more affordable frame. It is worth noting that the image won’t be quite as sharp, however, due to the increased pixel pitch of stretching 1080p to 27-inches compared with 1440p. But when you’re gaming at high speed in your favorite shooter, will you care?

Alienware AW2521HF | 25-inch | 1080p | IPS | $524.99 $364.99 at Dell (save $245)
It may not be the widest, screen nor the highest resolution around, but with a true 1ms grey-to-grey response and a ridiculous 240Hz refresh, it’ll give you some serious speed—provided your PC can pump out the high frame rates it deserves.

Dell Black Friday laptop deals

Alienware m15 R6 | Intel Core i7 11800H | Nvidia RTX 3080 | 1080p | 2TB SSD | 32GB RAM | $2,859.99 $2,508.79 at Dell (save $351.20)
With an RTX 3080, and an 11th Gen Intel core i7 11800H you’ll be flying through those frame rates with the gaming laptop. And it’s topped with a super speedy 360Hz panel, with 1ms response and Nvidia G-Sync for a competitive edge, along with boatloads of RAM and 2TB of M.2 PCIe storage to keep it all chugging along nicely.

Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5 | AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX | Nvidia RTX 3070 | 32GB RAM | 1TB SSD | $2,459.99 $1,714.99 at Dell (save $745)
With the finest mobile AMD CPU around, and one of the best Nvidia GPUs at its heart, this Alienware machine is a seriously powerful gaming laptop. Pack in 32GB of 3,200MHz DDR4 memory, and a 1TB PCIe SSD, and you’ve got a great all-round system.

Dell G15 | 15.6-inch | Intel Core i7 11800H | Nvidia RTX 3060 | 1080p | 165Hz | 16GB RAM | 1TB SSD | $1,518.99 $1,273.99 at Dell (save $395)
If you want a really well-rounded RTX 3060 gaming laptop, this Dell G15 is the way to go. It’s well prepared with 16GB of RAM, an eight-core CPU, and it comes in a great chassis we like at this price. Plus that 165Hz refresh will keep your games running silky smooth.

Dell G15 Special Edition | 15.6-inch | Intel Core i7 11800H | Nvidia RTX 3060 | 1080p | 165Hz | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | $1,638.99 $1,331.81 at Dell (save $257.18)
It’s not what we’d call a smashing deal, but it’s one worth considering. There’s not a great deal of storage, but for a machine with 30-series card, a good CPU and a tasty 165Hz screen to top it off, it’s not terrible, especially in this day and age.

Dell G15 | 15.6-inch | 120Hz | Intel Core i5 10500H | Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti | 8GB | 512GB SSD | $1,218.99 $799.99 at Dell (save $419)
It’s a bit of a trade-off situation between these two sub-$1,000 G15 machines. This cheaper version does come with a larger 512GB SSD, but the RTX 3050 Ti and single channel 8GB memory means it’s a weaker all-round gaming laptop compared with the all-AMD version. But then, it is also over $100 cheaper.

Dell G15 | 15.6-inch | 120Hz | AMD Ryzen 5 5600H | Nvidia RTX 3050 | 8GB | 256GB SSD | $1018.99 $699.99 at Dell (save $319)
This laptop is slim in plenty of ways, most of all its 256GB SSD capacity. But if you can look past its somewhat diminutive storage, this laptop comes with a great six-core AMD Ryzen CPU and Nvidia’s RTX 3050. Considering it’s one of the cheapest Dell laptops we’ve seen with any gaming credentials, perhaps it’ll prove tempting to some.

Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 | 13-inch |Intel Core i7 1165G7 | Integrated Intel Xe Graphics | 1080p | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | $1,719.99 $1,273.99 at Dell (save $446)
This XPS 13 2-in-1 is the newer model of our Jacob’s treasured personal laptop, and it’s simply better for it. It’s slim, quick, the screen is vibrant as heck, and the keyboard is surprisingly decent to type on for a thin device. The only thing is that it’s quite a bit more money than your usual XPS 13, and if you’re really not going to use it as a tablet then your money is better saved on the cheaper, conventional laptop.

Dell XPS 13 laptop | 13-inch |Intel Core i7 1165G7 | Integrated Intel Xe Graphics | 1080p | 16GB RAM | 512GB SSD | $1,299.99 $979.99 at Dell (save $320)
The XPS 13 is one of our favourite compact Windows laptops. It comes packed into a sleek and smart chassis, and it’s pretty touch given its compact stature. This particular model comes with plenty of RAM and the top graphics chip from Intel’s mobile 11th Gen, which we’ve tested a similar model of ourselves. The SSD is a little slim on this model, but having used the XPS 13 2-in-1 with the same size SSD day-to-day ourselves, it’s not so bad if you’re largely relying on files up in the cloud.

Alienware S5000 gaming chair | $399.99 $339.99 at Dell (save $60)

This chair is actually a match for Vertagear’s by nearly the same name, so you can rest assured it’s from a reliable manufacturer. One for the Alienware fans that want everything to match, chair and all.
