What to Expect at the NARAKA: BLADEPOINT Bruce Lee Crossover Let's Play

NARAKA: BLADEPOINT is an "up to 60-player PVP mythical action combat experience with martial arts inspired melee combat, gravity defying mobility, vast arsenals of melee & ranged weapons, legendary customizable heroes with epic abilities – inspired by the legends of the Far East."

Naraka was released in August 2021, and in our review, we said, "Superb melee combat and gravity-defying movement make NARAKA: BLADEPOINT a clever spin on the familiar battle royale formula."

As for the Bruce Lee update and what you'll see during our let's play, one of the biggest additions it brings with it is the Nunchuck – a brand-new weapon that is "a fine combination of offense and defense."

IGN's Nick Limon will be trying out this new weapon (and more!) and will show off all the best parts of the Bruce Lee crossover. This includes 8 Bruce Lee-inspired skins, four of which are available right now – Tianhai's Dragon Shadow: Brink of Death, Yueshan's Dragon Shadow: Dragon Way, Kurumi Tsuchimikado's Dragon Will: Purity, and Valda Cui's Dragon Will: Unchained. The remaining four outfits will be unveiled at a later date.

There will also be special weapon skins for the Nunchucks, including Graceful Pearl, Tiger's Grace, Jade Elegance, and Chin Woo; a special display gesture in The Dragon: Preparation; and legendary facial hair in Magnificent Beard (Upper) and Magnificent Beard (Lower). The Chin Woo Nunchuck skin can be unlocked by logging in a total of five or more days before December 22.

If our let's play inspires you to check out NARAKA: BLADEPOINT, you can check out the game's free trial, which will run from December 17 through December 21. The free trial will let all players try out Viper Ning, Temulch, Matari, Tarka Ji, Kurumi Tsuchimikado, and Tianhai. If they wish to unlock the full game by purchasing it for a 30% discount through January 2022, all progress will carry over.
